The age limit is 18 to 30 years as on June 8, 2023, for general candidates, minority ethnic groups, and grandchildren of heroic freedom fighters/ martyred heroic freedom fighters. The age limit is 18 to 32 years in the case of children of veer freedom fighter/martyr veer freedom fighters and physically challenged candidates. The age limit is relaxable up to 40 years in the case of departmental candidates for posts No. 1 and 3. If the age of the applicant is within the maximum age limit as on March 25, 2020, then the candidate will be eligible to apply.
